Before retiring, Roger Elkins had a career in the Construction Industry and has had considerable experience over many years as a Parish and District Councillor. Roger is married with two grown up daughters and two granddaughters. Away from politics Roger has an interest in conservation and local history with an enthusiasm for F1 moto-sport and classic cars.
