Natalie Pudaloff was elected Councillor for Northgate and West Green Ward in the 2021 West Sussex local election.
With a special interest in championing causes to address social inequalities, Natalie will be working to improve the quality of health and care through her membership of the West Sussex Health and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Committee.
With lived experience of disability, being registered blind and a guide dog owner, Natalie has first-hand experience of discrimination and campaigns for the rights of disadvantaged groups.
Her breadth of personal and professional experiences drives her to advocate for public involvement and partnership working with relevant previous experience having held roles with West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group as Inclusion Lead and as the Patient & Public Representative for the Common Ambition programme to improve health care through collaborative communities at the Health Foundation.
As an advocate of a healthy lifestyle, in her spare time Natalie takes regular walks with her guide dog Biscuit exploring parks and nature attractions across the county.
Natalie looks forward to addressing residents’ concerns with public services through purposeful neighbourhood and community engagement to ensure equality and inclusion is not just nice to have but an essential part of living well for everyone.
