Francis Oppler is married and has lived in Bognor Regis all his life. Francis has been a Bognor Regis Town Councillor since 1989 and has served in many different roles during that time, including Town Mayor and Chair of the Policy & Finance Committee. He is also an Arun District Councillor and has served as Vice-Chairman of Planning, Housing and Community Care Scrutiny Committee. He is particularly interested in housing and social issues.
