Councillor Jaine Wild - Personal - In accordance with the County Council’s Constitution, including the Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Practice on Probity and Protocol on Public Participation in Planning and Rights of Way Committees, the following declaration was made in relation to the lobbying of all members of the Committee: Item 4 – Planning Applications WSCC/046/23 and WSCC/047/23.

Councillor Jaine Wild - Personal - In accordance with the County Council’s Constitution, including the Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Practice on Probity and Protocol on Public Participation in Planning and Rights of Way Committees, the following declaration was made in relation to the lobbying of all members of the Committee: Item 5 – Application for a Town or Village Green at Collingwood Road Green, Horsham.

Councillor Jaine Wild - Personal - In accordance with the County Council’s Constitution, including the Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Practice on Public Participation in Planning and Rights of Way Committees, all Committee members in attendance at the meeting, , including Cllr Wild, declared a person interest because they had received alobbying email from Mr Chris Hedley (who spoke at the meeting), this emails was circulated on his behalf on 5 June 2024 by the Clerk to the Committee regarding Item 4, application for a Definitive Map Modification Order, DMMO 15/21.
