Award of Integrated Sexual Health Services Contract

The Council are mandated to commission open-access, comprehensive, sexual health services for the population of West Sussex.  NHS England is responsible for the provision of HIV treatment and care services.

Key Decision AH03 19/20 approved the commencement of an open procurement of Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Services.

 

This competitive joint procurement exercise was undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015, with the Council acting as the lead on behalf of itself and NHS England for two separate contracts for an integrated service.  The Director of Public Health has awarded the contract to the bidder that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender which meets the requirements of specification.
