This report seeks approval for the allocation of capital funding from the Basic Need Capital Programme to undertake an expansion project at Shelley Primary School that will provide 140 additional school places for primary aged pupils from September 2019, to meet the demand of growing pupil numbers in the Broadbridge Heath and Horsham locality.
