Award of Contract: Demolition of Former Year 7 Chichester High School Block

A Leader Decision in June 2019 (LDR01 19.20) supported the inclusion in the Capital Programme of the demolition of the former Year 7 block at Chichester High School.

 

The freehold estate of the site is held by the County Council.   A Cabinet Member for Finance decision in March 2020 (FIN02 20-21) declared the site surplus to service operational requirements. 

 

The Director Property and Assets will be asked to award a contract for the demolition of the former Year 7 Chichester High School block.
