Issue - decisions

The Cabinet Member has endorsed:

1)   disposal of the freehold estate of approximately 0.55 ha (1.35a) of land and buildings known as Yapton Road Poultry Farm, Yapton Road,  Middleton on Sea, West Sussex, PO22 6DY (Part of Holding 87) as identified on the  plan at Appendix A; and

2)   that authority is delegated to the Executive Director of Economy,    Infrastructure and Environment in conjunction with the Director of Law and Assurance to conclude the terms with the successful purchaser.
