Issue - decisions

The Executive Director for Children, Adults, Families, Health & Education has:-

1.   Approved the proposed increase in line with the terms and conditions of the Care and Support at Home Framework Agreement ‘Review of Charges’ clause.

2.   Agreed to delegate authority to the Director of Adults Social Care to authorise future requests for price variations in line with the terms and conditions of the Care and Support at Home Framework in consultation with the Strategic Finance Business Partner and subject to the cost being affordable.
