The Assistant Director (Environment and Public Protection) has awarded the Pre-Construction Services Agreement to the value of £3,912,740 to Kier Group as set out in section 2 of the report.

In a situation where the project cannot proceed, the Assistant Director (Environment and Public Protection), in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment and Climate Change, the Director of Finance and Support Services and the Director of Law and Assurance, is authorised to cancel the BESS pre-order and/or take such other action as agreed with the consultees.
