16/12/2021 - Property Holdings: Disposal of land and 3 houses no 1, 19 and 20, Littlegreen Gardens, Compton, West Sussex FP05(21/22)

The Cabinet Member has endorsed:

(1)          That the County Council disposes of its freehold estate in surplus houses 1, 19 and 20, Littlegreen Gardens, Compton, Chichester, West Sussex P018 9NW and adjoining land as set out in Appendix A of this report; and that

(2)          Authority is delegated to the Director of Property and Assets in conjunction with the Director of Law and Assurance to conclude the terms of the sale with the purchaser.
