The Director Property and Assets has endorsed the award of the following single contracts for Soft Facilities Management Services of 4 years with options to extend to a maximum of 7 years, to commence 1 October 2020:

1.   Cleaning: Churchill Contract Services Ltd

2.   Grounds Maintenance: Idverde Ltd

3.   Security: AMULET Ltd (Churchill Security Services)
