Committee details

The Regulation, Audit and Accounts Committee deals with a wide range of 'non-Executive' functions (decisions which cannot be taken by Cabinet Members) such as the making of byelaws, approving the annual statement of accounts, various licensing functions and the Council's internal audit programme.
