The Appeals Panel is made up of a list of 18
members of the County Council, not being members of the Cabinet,
from which are drawn members to form Boards of Appeal to hear those
investigations and cases and Appeals set out in the Scheme of
Delegation in the Constitution.
Although the agendas of Boards of Appeal are
published to give notice of the meeting, the reports and minutes
are not made available to the public due to the confidential nature
of their business.
