Members and officers must declare any pecuniary or personal interest in any business on the agenda. They should also make declarations at any stage such an interest becomes apparent during the meeting. Consideration should be given to leaving the meeting if the nature of the interest warrants it. If in doubt please contact Democratic Services before the meeting.

Report by the West Sussex Youth Cabinet.

The Cabinet is invited to receive the update and the Youth Cabinet’s comments, and is asked to consider and advise on the benefits to the Council and its residents of the work of the Youth Cabinet and where it can offer counsel and support.

Report by Chief Executive and Interim Director of Finance and Support Services.

The Cabinet is invited to consider and comment on the Q2 Performance and Resources Report, and propose any specific areas for action following such consideration and any scrutiny feedback or comments.

The Cabinet is asked to appoint Councillor Kevin Boram to represent West Sussex County Council on the Littlehampton Harbour Board until May 2025.

Following consideration of the report the Cabinet approved the nomination of Councillor Kevin Boram to represent West Sussex County Council on the Littlehampton Harbour Board until May 2025.

The call-in deadline is 12 December 2024

Cabinet Members are invited to provide any verbal updates on current, significant issues for their respective portfolios which may benefit from discussion.
