Procedure to be followed at Appeal Hearing PDF 120 KB 1. The procedure to be followed at the appeal hearing is attached.
The Panel are invited to agree to change the order in which the appeal is heard on this occasion (paragraph 6 of the procedure) by calling the management side to present their evidence first. This is to enable one of their witnesses to give evidence in the morning, as they are not available later. The appellant would then be called to present their case. If the Panel agree to this, they would be varying the procedure to be followed at a hearing on this occasion only.
