Members and officers must declare any pecuniary or personal interest in any business on the agenda. They should also make declarations at any stage such an interest becomes apparent during the meeting. Consideration should be given to leaving the meeting if the nature of the interest warrants it. Members to agree the minutes of the meeting held on 20 November 2023 as a correct record.

Mrs Karen Hammond, External Consultant, will provide a verbal update on progress made on issues raised at previous meetings.

SACRE is asked to note the update.

Members are asked to approve the West Sussex SACRE draft annual report for 2023/2024, as presented by Karen Hammond.

Members are asked to consider the West Sussex SACRE Development Plan for 2024-26.

Members are asked to approve the updated West Sussex SACRE Terms of Reference.

The date of the next meeting is Monday 10 June 2024.
