Decision:

(1)The Director of Education and Skills has approved the appointment to the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (P-DPS) for Independent Alternative Provision the providers listed in paragraph 2.1 of the report, that have met the criteria and standards required, for an initial period of 2 years and 6 months starting on 1st of September 2021. There is an option to extend the P-DPS by up to 2 years should the delivery and performance of the P-DPS be satisfactory.

To Note: In October 2021 an error was noted in the initial contract period detailed in the decision report. The decision details and decision report have been rectified to state the correct initial period of 2 years and 6 months rather than the 2 years and 9 months originally indicated.
