The Director of Law and
Assurance, in consultation with the Chairman of North Chichester
County Local Committee and the Chairman of the Environment and
Communities Scrutiny Committee, has used his delegated powers under
Standing Order 3.45 to agree to progress the highest scoring TROs
from the list attached at Appendix A.
The following TROs are agreed for progression:
